Your order is not accepted until WatchByHand confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment for the order to be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submission, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. Warranty Period: All our watches carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, as per the corresponding proof of purchase.

Coverage: The warranty exclusively covers:

Manufacturing defects in the watch movement.

Assembly failures in parts installed by WatchByHand.

Malfunction of components added during the modification performed by our shop.

Exclusions: The warranty shall not apply in the following cases:

Damage resulting from shocks, drops, accidents, or misuse.

Natural wear and tear of components such as straps, crystals, bezels, or aesthetic finishes.

Damage caused by water exposure in watches not specified as water-resistant.

Repairs, modifications, or interventions carried out by third parties other than WatchByHand.

Claims Procedure: To exercise the warranty, the customer must contact WatchByHand at watchbyhand@gmail.com, provide the order number, and send the product for technical review. If the claim is valid, WatchByHand will repair the product, replace defective parts, or offer an equivalent replacement.
SECTION 6: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by transport companies, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.

WatchByHand is powered by Shopify. However, any purchase you make is directly with WatchByHand. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales occurring between you and WatchByHand.
